Essay on Cover LEtter

Article on Cover LEtter Article on Cover LEtter â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† and Cocked and Locked† â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† by Gasson Kanafani and â€Å"Cocked and Locked† by Etgar Keret are two stories that incorporate connections among Palestinian and Israeli individuals. â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† and â€Å"Cocked and Locked† both have similitudes in topics, for example, military nearness, vengeance, and treatment of Israelis and Palestinians yet in addition the essential parts of the tales are not the same as each other. In every one of these accounts we see abuse originating from both the Israelis and the Palestinians. In â€Å"Cocked and Locked† we read about a Palestinian man reviling an Israeli solider who is undeserving of the unfiltered content that is originating from the Palestinians mouth. There was no motivation to incite a verbal fight. This Palestinian man additionally harmed Meyer’s companion Abutbul, who will never recapture cognizance again. â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† depicts a similar abuse yet this opportunity appro aching from the Israeli troopers to the Palestinian regular citizens. The Israeli fighters have no regard or good inner voice with regards to their associations with the individuals. Honest Palestinian lives were taken by the Israeli fighters, which were totally ridiculous. A likeness between these two stories is the explicit abuse of the two gatherings originating from one to the next. While every story might not have included similar activities, their thought processes in rewarding the individuals gravely were the equivalent: disdain between each race. The abuse between each social order is diverse in every story. In â€Å"Cocked and Locked† we see the abuse beginning from the Palestinian man who is tossing affronts at the solider on two unique events. The primary occurrence with the Palestinian man is in the start of the story. The man is attempting to offend the Meyer by making sexual presumptions about the soldier’s relationship with his directing general. He like wise goes onto state how he had sex with the soldier’s mother, sister, and his companion Abutbul. The abuse coming structure the Palestinian man is passionate and obnoxious attack contrasted with the abuse in â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† which was physical maltreatment. The physical maltreatment that occurred in â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† is originating from the Israeli warriors towards the Palestinian individuals, which comprised of the shooting of Abu Uthman’s little girl and spouse. Both of these passings were ridiculous and honestly didn't have to occur. These two occasions show the abuse of both the Israelis and the Palestinians. In the two circumstances the military nearness assumed a job in the maltreatment towards the two gatherings. â€Å"Cocked and Locked† and â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† have a military nearness that is available and overwhelming in every story. In â€Å"Cocked and Locked† we see a military authority from Meyer. Afte r the non military personnel has bullied him, he points and sets his weapon legitimately at the man until he hindered and requested to remain somewhere near his telling general. In this occasion, the military nearness is being utilized to defuse the circumstance by the directing general. The telling general, Eli, clarifies how they can't utilize their military power since they would turn into equivalent to their adversary. Eli states, â€Å"But on the off chance that I did that, I’d be much the same as them† (pg 172). This is an unmistakable picture that these military officials won't utilize their military force for their narrow minded increase or to make a point against the Palestinians. Contrasting this with the military nearness in â€Å"Paper from Ramleh†, it is a distinction that outcomes in the loss of numerous lives. The military officials in â€Å"Paper from Ramleh† utilize their military nearness to bring hurt upon the Palestinian individuals. A fter the shooting of Fatima, her mom was so distressed she was unable to quit crying. She was requested to quit crying and when she didn’t she was beaten and shot by one of the fighters (pg 39). The military nearness in this story was as receptive to bringing harmony as Eli was in â€Å"Cocked and Locked†. The last piece that

Essay About Rap Music Example For Students

Essay About Rap Music Since the late sasss rap music has been called the Anti Christ in our culture, because of its so-called influence in peoples life. People swear up and down that the music is why people, specially the youth resort to violent crimes. I think by saying this they are trying to cover up the real truth by giving simple answers. Rap is defined as a style of popular music consisting of improvised rhymes performed to a rhythmic accompaniment. The first rap song was made in the late asss, the songs were seven to eight minutes long and was mostly used in small clubs to dance to. We will write a custom essay on About Rap Music specifically for you for only $16.38 $13.9/page Order now It didnt really become popular until the early asss. Over the years it has become mainstream music, everyone is listening to it. In the last four years rap made up 60% of music bought in stores in the United States. In 1989 a local group called N. W. A. (Inning Wit Attitudes) came from out of L. A. And changed rap, which was the start of Gangs Rap. In their lyrics they talked about crime, street violence and killing. Once they were a huge hit, it caught on, and really thats when all this madness started. Everyone started rapping Gangs style. More and more people started rapping about police brutality and killing people and with that crime rose to high levels. In my opinion its not the artists or the record companys fault that crime rose. Its not their responsibility to look after every person who listens to their music. In all these years of rap though there are three people who took the most criticism from the public. Dry. Deer was one, after N. W. A. Broke up he went on to do his own thing, and after he released The Chronic he became a star. He took rap to a higher level where it never been before ND I think that scared a lot of people. He was rapping about drive bys, having sex with hundreds of women, drinking alcohol all day and so on. By this time the crime rate was sky high and a lot of people where looking for easy answers. It was mostly those few who Just didnt like rap from the start that spoke out and tried to ban it. Most rappers loved the style Dry. Deer created, and so they tried to take the style and create something of their own. Along with Dry. Deer he helped a rising star Snoop Doggy Dog to become a big star by guest staring on his The Chronic album. Snoop leased Doggy Style and it was a hit. His style similar to Dry. Deer made it a hit. It was his best-selling album to date. Congress tried every way they could to keep youth from listening to this music because they felt it was making them commit crimes. Snoop was charged not to long after his release for murder which he soon was found not guilty. They made a label for Cads and tapes that said Parental Advisory Explicit Lyrics which actually in my opinion didnt do too much. This way parents could be aware of the type of music their kids listen to and could choose if they would like to low them to listen to it. If you sit down and think about it, when you buy a CD you by it because you want to listen to it, you dont really pay attention to that little label. Besides you see little kids no older then 11 walking around listening to Ill Kim, Tuba, and all other rap artists cussing up a storm Whats with that? Why didnt the parents say anything about that, they have control over their children, yet critics and congress blame the rappers. The third man to take the most heat and who still continues to is Tuba Shaker. .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 , .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .postImageUrl , .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 , .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:hover , .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:visited , .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:active { border:0!important; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:active , .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3 .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u9695f8f93863521a1ddce8f9a0cbbee3:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: The Musical Cannon EssayThey say he was the best rapper alive and the most successful which I also believe is true. He has been in trouble with the law and public rap music By northernmost charges such as battery, attempted murder, and rape. In 1994 two 17-year-olds shot some police officers and said they did because they heard it in Tubas music. Critics blamed him from the start with his to raunchy lyrics. Why blame him he didnt tell them to go shoot police officers? For the past three years, C. Dolores Tucker has been talking and protesting rap lyrics saying that they are harmful to the spirit of black out. She also filed a $10 million dollar lawsuit against the estate of Tuba Shaker claiming that his songs surrounding her in two songs on the 1996 album All Eyes On Me make slander remarks. She went into a court and said that the pain she suffered from those songs has affected her sex life with her husband. What kind of since does that make? Just another person trying to bad mouth rap music for theyre own personal gain. Congress says they are concerned about childrens exposure to music with adult content, but really cant do too much because they have to respect the iris amendment which says we have Freedom of Speech. In two states they have announced plans to possibly ban minors from attending concerts or buy things that could contain objectionable materials. Im not going to say that some youth wont listen to some rap music and get the wrong idea, but that also can happen with other types of music such as Alternative music which artists like Hole, Marilyn Manson, and the group Koran are big stars. If you notice Koran is the group that the Trench Coat Mafia listened to before they decided to go shoot up a school. In the beginning the resident, and all other high profile people said they should put a stop to all this music referring to Koran and Marilyn Manson. The Right Climate

The Right Climate The Right Climate The Right Climate By Sharon With some words, a single letter can completely change the meaning. Take the letter c and the words climactic and climatic. Theres not much difference in spelling and the words even sound the same, but theres a world of difference in meaning. Climactic Climactic comes from the word climax. This has to do with the progression of events, in which the climactic moment is the moment of greatest intensity. Its that point in a serial killer thriller where it looks like the villain is going to win out against the hero. Its that point when feelings are at their highest. It can also be used to indicate a pivotal moment in history. Example: The climactic moment in the early history of man came when our ancestors left the trees and began to walk on the ground. Climatic Climatic on the other hand is all about the climate. If you can use the word weather, then climatic is the word you want. Example: Severe climatic conditions led to snow storms in July. Putting It All Together Now you know the difference, it is easy to tell that the climatic conditions of the Ice Age represented the climactic period of the age of the dinosaurs. Adverse Drug Event Reporting Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2500 words

Adverse Drug Event Reporting - Essay Example Adverse events on a product must be communicated amongst the investigators, the sponsors and the institutional review board (IRB). This case study is about a pharmaceutical product called Product X, which is marketed, in many countries globally including US, EU, and Japan. A patient was admitted to hospital following an adverse event he experienced while taking Product X as part of a clinical trial. The Investigator sends a detailed adverse event report to the clinical trial sponsor (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, et al., 2009) A number of steps were followed to report this adverse event from the moment it was experienced by the patient to its eventual inclusion in regulatory reports. Their different step took varying periods to be accomplished. The amount of time taken before reporting is often determined by the seriousness of the adverse event. In case of a life-threatening adverse event, which put the patient at the immediate risk of death, all the reporting should be done promptly in not more than 7 calendar days (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, et al., 2009) In case of a serious adverse event, which results in hospitalization like in case of Product X the reporting, should be prompt since the adverse event may develop into a life-threatening one. Suspected adverse events or reactions are treated with less seriousness since they are considered less serious. In case the adverse event is unexpected, which is an effect that the investigators or the sponsors had not anticipated, the reporting should be prompt since the level of seriousness is not certain. Therefore, the investigators and sponsor reviewed the safety information for product X to enable them to decide the seriousness of the adverse event. This was crucial in determining the urgency of reporting. In this case study, the assumption made is that the adverse event of Product X was serious since it resulted in hospitalization.

Compare philosophical Daoist notions of nature with the emerging Essay

Compare philosophical Daoist notions of nature with the emerging discourses in the West of Spiritual Ecology - Essay Example A spiritual ecologist believes that since spirituality dominates a significant part of human life, it can be manipulated to change and, in cases, to alter man’s perspective towards nature and the universe in order for a better inhabitable environmental status. In this regard, discourses on ‘spiritual ecology’ pivots on man’s religiosity and its connection with environment and ecology. On the contrary, religiosity and nature stand on the two opposite ends of the same continuum. Daoism is more of a philosophy, than religion, which includes spirituality that is indispensably connected with human being’s harmonious position amid the sacred order of the universe. Discourses on ‘Spiritual ecology’, in the first place, put emphasis on the idea that â€Å"The major problems in the world are the result of the difference between the way nature works and the way man thinks.† ... Before heaven and earth it existed. Without sound, without substance, it stands alone and unchanging. It is all-pervading and unfailing. We do not know its name, but we call it Dao† (Lao Tzu, quoted in â€Å"On Truth and Reality†). According to Daoism, man is an integral part of how the immense unity of this universe functions. Therefore, man’s happiness and salvation lie in his or her knowledge about the Dao, in other words, about how the immense entity of the universe functions. Obviously, Daoism also puts emphasis on the fact that man should lead his or her life in harmony with Dao. Daoism includes man and nature, spirituality and devotion to nature on the same continuum. Man Position in Nature according to Daoism and Spiritual Ecology Uniting with Dao through Nature is considered to be the ultimate goal of human life in Daoism. As to the goal of human life, Lao Tzu, one of the central figures of Daoism, notes, â€Å"Being one with nature, the sage is in accor d with the Dao† (Lao Tzu, â€Å"On Truth and Reality†). The concept of Dao in Daoism is more philosophical than doctrinal. Since Daoism asserts that man needs to know about his or her role in the greater way how the universe or nature functions, he or she is assigned with any dominion over the nature; rather man is entrusted with a responsibility to grow a harmonious relationship with natural orders and functions. Referring to this environment-friendly aspect of Daoism, Chen Xia comments, â€Å"Chinese Daoism rejects such idea that humans have dominion over the earth and its other inhabitants. Nature in Daoism is something of great value in and for itself.† (2) But in Daoism, the universe as well as the nature is infused in the existence of Dao. Indeed

Papa Johns Essay Example for Free

Papa Johns Essay It shouldnt have to be shared, but Papa Johns exists pretty strongly within the fast food environment. Power of buyers is high, substitutes are readily available, etc. Now, to explain their current strategy. Papa Johns, through their efforts, have allowed them to rise to having 6% of the market they exist in, but generally still pale in comparison to Pizza Hut and Dominos. However, their strategy that theyve picked for themselves seems to be working for their environment. Their strategy being that they promote themselves as a premium pizza, with superior quality and an attention to customers details. Theyve also differentiated themselves by having partnerships with larger corporations such as Coca-Cola and their suppliers. This is a key point. By having contracts with their suppliers, such as the quarterly contract with their cheese suppliers, keeping prices stable at all times is a very easy task, while the other pizza places will often have to vary their prices throughout the year. However, one mistake that has been coming up that they dont match the environment, has shown that they have tried placing too many stores too quickly. Theyve had to shut down several underperforming stores within the past year, which shows that trying to forcefully expand their market share into areas that already have strong brand loyalty with other competitors is not the answer. Their recent partnership to be the pizza sponsor of the Superbowl over the past three years is a correct way. This allows people to get a cheap premium pizza and try and understand its superiority. There are a few key issues that Papa Johns should expand on, especially in the next five years. Papa Johns, in terms of its menu, is drastically behind its competitors. Dominos and Pizza Hut both offer more alternative options in terms of just having pizza. If Papa Johns differentiated its product and included the same items that the competitors provide, such as sandwiches and salad options, their focus could be spread to more people that are not currently within their market share. This can also be solved through acquisition. Papa Johns was created by a company combining with a pizza company, so another acquisition of another type of food industry could drastically change Papa Johns for the better. Another key issue that none of the big three pizza companies are doing is touching the international market. All of them have stores, but they often are just moving their culture to other countries. Papa Johns is known for their customer details. Why not incorporate other countries tastes and cultures within their food details? At any rate, from the previous year, growth and sales are a bit down. In a market of strong brand loyalty, these minor differentiations are going to be what makes or breaks Papa Johns.

The Internet Has a Negative Impact on American Families Essay -- Argum

The Internet Has a Negative Impact on American Families Does the Internet truly have a negative impact on today’s family life? Many say that is most definitely does. Have you ever known someone who is obsessed with the Internet or spends more time on the Internet than they had intended to? You might begin to think they are addicted. Ricco Siasoco defines Internet addiction as â€Å"a broad term including users addicted to chat rooms, auctions, web surfing, among others.† These other Internet addictions may include cyber relationships, gaming, and trading. I have read several articles related to Internet addiction, and can not come to a conclusion on whether or not it is a true addiction. However, I do believe that the Internet does have a negative effect on American families. There have been many studies performed to research the idea of Internet addiction. It is just like any other addiction, including gambling, alcoholism, and eating disorders, and all of which destroy families in one way or another. Experiments created by psychologists and sociologists to explain the addiction resemble those of pathological gamblers described in the DSM-IV.[1] Using that information, a survey was made to determine if users have Internet addiction. The questionnaire includes eight questions such as â€Å"Do you feel the need to use the Internet with increasing amounts of time in order to achieve satisfaction?† and â€Å"Do you use the Internet as a way of escaping from problems or of relieving a dysphoric mood?† Participants who answered yes to five or more of the questions were considered addicted Internet users. One aspect of the Internet that people can become addicted to is Cybersex and Cyber R... ...e), and Stage III Balance (Normal). â€Å"Some people simply get caught in Stage I and never move beyond it. They may need some help to get to Stage III,† declares Grohol. Internet users are being tested for addiction, because of how it effects their lives. Most people may think that it is not a major issue. However, as you can see, many lives and families are destroyed because of the Internet. Who knows if there will be new laws against chat rooms to stop cyber relationships? Could our government stop online gaming? I don’t think people will be able to stop trading online, because of its convenience. This leads me to one last question: Will Internet addiction be the next disorder in the DSM-IV? [1] Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders- Fourth Edition. [2] http://psychcentral.com/netaddiction/, by John M. Grohol, Psy.D.

Phases of the Moon Essay

Sunlight is shown coming in from the right. The earth, of course, is at the center of the diagram. The moon is shown at 8 key stages during its revolution around the earth. The moon phase name is shown alongside the image. The dotted line from the earth to the moon represents your line of sight when looking at the moon. The large moon image shows what you would see at that point in the cycle. For the waning gibbous, third quarter, and waning crescent phases you have to mentally turn yourself upside down when imagining the line of sight. When you do this, you’ll â€Å"see† that the illuminated portion is on your left, just as you see in the large image. One important thing to notice is that exactly one half of the moon is always illuminated by the sun. Of course that is perfectly logical, but you need to visualize it in order to understand the phases. At certain times we see both the sunlit portion and the shadowed portion — and that creates the various moon phase shapes we are all familiar with. Also note that the shadowed part of the moon is invisible to the naked eye; in the diagram above, it is only shown for clarification purposes. Finally, please realize this diagram is only meant to demonstrate how the phases work; the small inner moons in the diagram do not show the fact that the same side of the moon always faces Earth. So the basic explanation is that the lunar phases are created by changing angles (relative positions) of the earth, the moon and the sun, as the moon orbits the earth. If you’d like to examine the phases of the moon more closely, via computer software, you may be interested in this moon phases calendar software. Moon Phases Simplified It’s probably easiest to understand the moon cycle in this order: new moon and full moon, first quarter and third quarter, and the phases in between. As shown in the above diagram, the new moon occurs when the moon is positioned between the earth and sun. The three objects are in approximate  alignment (why â€Å"approximate† is explained below). The entire illuminated portion of the moon is on the back side of the moon, the half that we cannot see. At a full moon, the earth, moon, and sun are in approximate alignment, just as the new moon, but the moon is on the opposite side of the earth, so the entire sunlit part of the moon is facing us. The shadowed portion is entirely hidden from view. The first quarter and third quarter moons (both often called a â€Å"half moon†), happen when the moon is at a 90 degree angle with respect to the earth and sun. So we are seeing exactly half of the moon illuminated and half in shadow. Once you understand those four key moon phases, the phases between should be fairly easy to visualize, as the illuminated portion gradually transitions between them. An easy way to remember and understand those â€Å"between† lunar phase names is by breaking out and defining 4 words: crescent, gibbous, waxing, and waning. The word crescent refers to the phases where the moon is less than half illuminated. The word gibbous refers to phases where the moon is more than half illuminated. Waxing essentially means â€Å"growing† or expanding in illumination, and waning means â€Å"shrinking† or decreasing in illumination. Thus you can simply combine the two words to create the phase name, as follows: After the new moon, the sunlit portion is increasing, but less than half, so it is waxing crescent. After the first quarter, the sunlit portion is still increasing, but now it is more than half, so it is waxing gibbous. After the full moon (maximum illumination), the light continually decreases. So the waning gibbous phase occurs next. Following the third quarter is the waning crescent, which wanes until the light is completely gone — a new moon. The Moon’s Orbit You may have personally observed that the moon goes through a complete moon phases cycle in about one month. That’s true, but it’s not exactly one month. The synodic period or lunation is exactly 29.5305882 days. It’s the time required for the moon to move to the same position (same phase) as seen by an observer on earth. If you were to view the moon cycling the earth from outside our solar system (the viewpoint of the stars), the time required is 27.3217 days, roughly two days less. This figure is called the sidereal period or orbital period. Why is the synodic period different from the sidereal period? The short answer is because on earth, we are viewing the moon from a moving platform: during the moon cycle, the earth has moved approximately one month along its year-long orbit around the sun, altering our angle of view with respect to the moon, and thus altering the phase. The earth’s orbital direction is such that it lengthens the period for earthbound observers. Although the synodic and sidereal periods are exact numbers, the moon phase can’t be precisely calculated by simple division of days because the moon’s motion (orbital speed and position) is affected and perturbed by various forces of different strengths. Hence, complex equations are used to determine the exact position and phase of the moon at any given point in time. Also, looking at the diagram (and imagining it to scale), you may have wondered why, at a new moon, the moon doesn’t block the sun, and at a full moon, why the earth doesn’t block sunlight from reaching the moon. The reason is because the moon’s orbit about the earth is about 5 degrees off from the earth-sun orbital plane. However, at special times during the year, the earth, moon, and sun do in fact â€Å"line up†. When the moon blocks the sun or a part of it, it’s called a solar eclipse, and it can only happen during the new moon phase. When the earth casts a shadow on the moon, it’s called a lunar eclipse, and can only happen during the full moon phase. Roughly 4 to 7 eclipses happen in any  given year, but most of them minor or â€Å"partial† eclipses. Major lunar or solar eclipses are relatively uncommon. Moon Software If you want to follow the phases of the moon, you should definitely take a look at QuickPhase Pro, our flagship moon software product for your personal computer. This attractive and fun software covers thousands of years of past and future moon phases and is easy to use.

Reflections Of The Progressive And Flat Rate Tax Structure

Reflections of the Progressive and Flat Rate Tax Structure Tax structures are complex and play a prevalent role in American society. Taxation is important to understand because the designed tax policies are intended to foster economic stimulation and behavior. Although economists differ on the appropriate American taxation structure, taxation promotes both incentives and disincentives in behavioral outcomes. These differing views are debated to whether the United States should adjust from its present progressive income tax structure, or an alternative taxation structure, such as a proportional, or flat rate tax. Whether a progressive income tax structure or a flat rate structure, it is essential to understand the advantages and disadvantages and its effects on economic stimulation and behavior. Progressive Income Tax Structure The United States tax structure is considered a progressive income tax; a tax that takes a greater percentage from the income of high-income earners than it does from low-income individuals (Hyman, 2014). Essentially, progressive income tax is an effective mean of income redistribution among the various wage earnings. The amount of income tax an individual owes is based on both the filing status, deductions, and income level. Many consider progressive taxation as the favorable tax structure system because it helps the government to yield more taxes, or revenue, as well as protect the lower income individuals from the burden of high taxes.Show MoreRelatedExecutive Summary. .
